Which Leadership Archetype are You?

Let me take you to the place where Einstein's Theory of Relativity was born…

We are in Einstein’s mind, traveling on a high speed train, accelerating at a fast rate ... The train is now going so fast that we’ve caught up with a light beam, which is traveling right next to us on the left. We are riding alongside it...

Now our viewpoint leaves the train, and we see it from a distance. Lightning bolts strike the train track at two distant points ahead and behind the train.

Imagine that there’s a woman in the midpoint of the train. By the time the light waves arrive she will be slightly closer to the lightning bolt in front!

This is how the imagination of a bored Swiss patent clerk Einstein looked as he ran these Gedankenexperimente, as he called them. He was daydreaming. In a reverie state. Exploring his creative consciousness lead him one of the deepest discoveries of mankind.

What if you had access to your consciousness on the level of Einstein? How could exploring the borders of your thoughts help with your leadership skills?

Jung understood archetypes as universal, archaic patterns and images that derive from the collective unconscious. They are universal and archaic because they have been part of the human experience for thousands of years. This means that many of our ancestors have been there and done what we are about to do in the boardroom today.

I consider archetypes to be a powerful tool in understanding ourselves and those around us. They can deepen our relationship to self and others, and therefore broaden our ability to perceive and interact with the world around us.

If you put Einstein and Jung together, you can imagine this creative space where we can meet our leadership archetypes, observe them, ask for their guidance, and learn from them. Sound a bit crazy? Well, it worked for Einstein, and it could work for you!

I help clients access this same field of creation, where they get answers to their questions and guidance into their purpose.

I’ve developed a quick and easy access point—a shortcut to the edges of your consciousness—called the Archetype Leadership Quiz. In just two minutes, you will be able to feel into your main archetype.

If you would like to start a conversation regarding your archetype and also learn about other archetypes that you can access to bring your leadership to the next level, simply send an email!
